Arzella Crawford
Arzella is a ray of sun in the Estill County Courthouse. Her hard work and dedication have made her a true asset. Before beginning the Experience Works program in 2005, she babysat for several hundred children in Estill County. Arzella has 4 children and 3 grandchildren she is very proud of and would be happy to share a story about them.

Arnold Harris
Arnold has worn many hats in his 96 years. He has farmed, driven a school bus, served as Magistrate and has been working with the Experience Works program for 35+ years. Arnold has 9 children, 20 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. If you drop by the Estill County courthouse Arnold is the first person you will see in the morning. Arnold believes that staying busy is the key to living a long healthy life.
